Frequently Asked Questions

Real answers, from a real person. Here is everything you might want to know before your first order (and a few things after).

Who's behind Daily Ritual?

Hi, I'm Nick. Daily Ritual is a small coffee and tea brand I run myself, built around slow mornings, honest ingredients, and the belief that a good cup is worth pausing for. There's no big team behind this, just me, sourcing thoughtfully and reading every order that comes through.

Is Daily Ritual a real, small business?

Yes. Daily Ritual is based in Dumfries, Virginia, and every order is supported directly by our team, not a faceless call center. If you email us, a real person reads it and writes back.

How fast will my order ship?

Coffee and tea are prepared fresh in small batches and typically ship within 2 to 4 business days. Apparel is made to order and typically ships within 3 to 5 business days. Once your order ships, standard delivery within the US takes about 3 to 7 business days. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as it's on its way.

What if something arrives damaged, wrong, or missing?

Reach out within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo if you have one, and we'll make it right. That's a promise, not fine print.

Do you accept returns?

Because coffee, tea, and apparel are made fresh or made to order, we can't accept returns for taste or fit preferences. But if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or never arrives, we'll replace it or refund it. Full details live on our Return Policy page.

Do you ship outside the United States?

Not yet, we currently ship within the US only. As Daily Ritual grows, we hope to bring the ritual to more places.

How do I reach a real person?

Email us any time at support@dailyritualcoffeeandtea.com. We typically respond within 24 to 48 business hours, Monday through Friday.

Have a question about a specific blend?

You'll find notes on each blend on its product page. If you want more detail on where a coffee or tea comes from, just ask, we're happy to share what we know.
