Daily Ritual — Return & Exchange Policy

At Daily Ritual, everything we make is created with intention — from the blends you brew to the pieces you wear. We want your experience to feel effortless, thoughtful, and grounded, just like the rituals you’re building.

Because many of our items are crafted fresh or made especially for you, our return policy reflects the nature of small-batch goods and custom production.

Coffee & Tea

Our coffee and tea are prepared in small batches to maintain freshness and quality. Because these items are consumable, they aren’t eligible for traditional returns once delivered.

However, we will always make it right if:

  • Your order arrives damaged

  • You receive something different from what you ordered

  • Your package is lost in transit

Simply contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and our team will take care of you.

For clarity, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened or used products

  • Taste or strength preferences

  • Items ordered by mistake

  • Packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout

Your satisfaction matters — and we’ll always work with you if something isn’t right.

Apparel

Our apparel pieces are created specially for you at the moment you order, allowing us to maintain a curated, intentional collection without unnecessary waste.

Because each piece is made to order, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Sizing issues

  • Color preferences

  • General buyer’s remorse

But we will replace or refund apparel if:

  • The print or garment is damaged

  • The item arrives incorrect

  • The order does not arrive

Please reach out within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll take swift care of it.

Cancellations

Once an order begins production, it cannot be canceled.
Most orders begin processing shortly after placement, so please review your cart carefully before completing checkout.

Incorrect Address Policy

If an address is entered incorrectly at checkout, we are unable to retrieve or replace the order at our expense.
If this happens, we’ll guide you on the best next steps and help however we can.
