First Light is a medium-light natural process Ethiopia from the Sidama Zone, grown by smallholder farmers at 1,700 to 1,900 meters and sorted entirely by hand. The result is a gentle, layered cup with notes of milk chocolate, ripe fruit, and caramel that settle in slowly and stay warm long after the last sip.
